OBJECTIVES

100 Main sells locally made artisanal goods for home, garden and family. Founded by AD100 interior designer Bunny Williams, the store immediately garnered numerous accolades, and was named one of the most beautiful stores in the world by Veranda Magazine. The business was focused on their wonderful brick and mortar location, but during the pandemic they built out a temporary online store. Out of necessity, this online store grew quickly in size but lacked organization — and the consumer experience was not on par with the magnitude of the brand.

We were tasked with migrating and rebuilding a large e-commerce website with hundreds of products, creating internal organization and training the store staff on these protocols, creating content and overseeing creative direction. We used a very light hand in branding, working with 100 Main’s existing logo and brand color. We created an online store for them with the hope that it would be nearly as lovely as visiting in person - which we recommend anyhow.
